We are not the seller. KitchenFindPro writes about products and links to the brands that sell them, so we have no access to orders, payments, shipping status or returns. For anything to do with a purchase — tracking, a refund, a damaged item — contact the seller's own support team, using the email or contact page on the site where you checked out and the order number in your confirmation email. That is the only route that can actually resolve it.
If a price, a spec or a claim on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what is wrong. We would rather fix it than leave it.
